Times are a changing. St. Charles tourism knew the world of marketing travel was changing quickly, and needed updated consumer research and a strategic plan for growing tourism. The research revealed an entire new type of visitors to their destination. It also revealed new opportunities for more effective marketing and enhanced delivery of the tourism experience. The research also produced an economic impact measurement for its marquee festivals and events.
